1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and 38JL ("38JL," "we," "us," or "our") governing your use of the 38JL website located at 38jl.net, the 38JL mobile application, and all associated services, games, and features (collectively, the "Platform").

By completing the registration process, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise accessing any feature of the 38JL Platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. These Terms apply in addition to any game-specific rules, bonus terms, or promotional conditions that may be published on the Platform from time to time.

38JL reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2. Eligibility

To register and use the 38JL Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, as required under applicable Philippine gaming regulations. 38JL strictly enforces this age requirement and may request documentary proof of age at any time.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is lawful at the time of play. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of 38JL complies with the laws applicable in your location.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of 38JL, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by 38JL or by any regulatory authority.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law.

38JL reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage of the registration or withdrawal process. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension.

3. Account Registration

To access real-money games and services on 38JL, you must create a registered account. The following conditions apply to all 38JL accounts:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one registered account on 38JL. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and contact number. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. 38JL will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
• Account Ownership: Your 38JL account is personal to you and is non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any rights associated with it to any other person.
• Notification of Unauthorized Access: You must notify 38JL immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any breach of security.

38JL reserves the right to refuse registration or to close any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects that the eligibility requirements set out in Section 2 have not been met.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 38JL Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified. The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

4.1 Deposits

• Deposits may be made through approved payment channels, which currently include GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Available channels are subject to change without prior notice.
• All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. 38JL reserves the right to modify these limits at any time.
• 38JL does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which 38JL accepts no responsibility.

4.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawal requests will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically possible.
• Before any withdrawal is processed, 38JL may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) procedures, including submission of a valid government-issued ID and proof of payment method ownership.
• Withdrawals are subject to any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds. Real-money balances that are free of wagering conditions may be withdrawn at any time, subject to verification.
• 38JL aims to process approved withdrawal requests within the timeframes published on the Platform. Processing times may vary depending on the payment channel and verification status of your account.
• 38JL reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending investigation if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

38JL offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to registered players who meet the eligibility criteria specified for each promotion. 38JL reserves the right to exclude any player from any promotion at its discretion.
• All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Bonuses have a validity period. Any bonus funds or associated winnings not used within the stated validity period will be forfeited automatically.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise stated. Attempting to claim multiple bonuses simultaneously may result in the cancellation of all associated bonuses.
• 38JL reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Any such change will not affect bonuses already validly claimed and in active use.
• Bonuses are intended for recreational play only. Any player found to be exploiting bonus structures through systematic wagering patterns designed to circumvent wagering requirements may have their bonus cancelled and winnings voided.

6. Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the 38JL Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules in addition to these Terms.

• All games on 38JL use certified random number generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. The published Return to Player (RTP) percentages for each game reflect the theoretical long-term payout rate.
• In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on your device and the result recorded on 38JL's servers, the server-side record shall be the definitive and binding result.
• If a game is interrupted due to a technical failure before a round is completed, 38JL will attempt to resolve the round based on available server data. Where resolution is not possible, the wager for the affected round may be refunded at 38JL's discretion.
• 38JL reserves the right to void any bet or game round where there is evidence of a software error, data corruption, or any other technical malfunction that has materially affected the outcome.
• Winnings resulting from a manifest error — including but not limited to incorrect odds, game malfunctions, or system errors — are not valid and will not be paid out.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 38JL Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, including in live dealer games such as Teen Patti or live baccarat.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain. Any winnings derived from such exploitation are void and will be reclaimed.
• Engaging in any form of fraudulent activity, including but not limited to chargebacks, use of stolen payment credentials, or identity fraud.
• Attempting to launder money or use the Platform for any illegal financial activity.
• Creating multiple accounts or registering on behalf of another person.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by law.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 38JL staff or other players through any communication channel.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the 38JL Platform — including but not limited to the 38JL brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, software, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of 38JL or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without prior written consent from 38JL.
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works based on any Platform content or software.
• Use the 38JL brand name, logo, or any associated trademarks in any manner that could cause confusion or imply endorsement without express written authorization.

Any unauthorized use of 38JL's intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by 38JL.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

38JL collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 38JL, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings, profits, or revenue resulting from technical failures, service interruptions, or game malfunctions.
• Loss or corruption of data, including account history or transaction records.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Any delay in processing deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers, including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, or Metrobank.
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information published on the Platform, including game RTP figures, promotional terms, or odds.

38JL's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 38JL account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 38JL's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

11. Responsible Gaming

38JL is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. We recognize that gambling can become harmful for some individuals, and we provide a range of tools to help players maintain control over their gaming activity.

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their account settings. Once set, a limit reduction takes effect immediately; a limit increase is subject to a cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure session duration alerts to receive notifications after a specified period of continuous play.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gaming may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, your account will be suspended and you will not be able to register a new account on 38JL.

12. Termination & Suspension

38JL reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any applicable game rules.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Engagement in any prohibited conduct as described in Section 7.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from you or a regulatory authority.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.

Upon termination of your account for cause, 38JL reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Where termination is not due to a breach by you, any verified real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

You may close your account at any time by contacting 38JL support. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any pending wagering requirements on active bonuses will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the 38JL Platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. You may contact 38JL's support team to initiate a formal complaint. 38JL will acknowledge your complaint within two (2) business days and aim to provide a resolution within fourteen (14) business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Nothing in this clause shall prevent 38JL from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.

14. Amendments to These Terms

38JL reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 38JL will notify registered players via email or through a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

The date of the most recent revision will be indicated at the top of this page. Your continued use of the 38JL Platform after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.
